At this level of understanding it is important to start turning the meaning of this greeting inward.

When you place your hands together as in prayer position and in front of your heart, then slightly bow your head and say, "I honor the place in me in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in me which is of Love, of Truth, of Light and of Peace. When I am in that place in me, I am one with the All."

"I salute the Divinity in myself."

"I salute the God within me."

"I honour the Great Perfection within me."

"I hold my energy within so as not to disrupt anyone or anything around me."
